How I got here
My career behind the camera started in filmmaking and video. I've always been drawn to projects with heart -- stories that move people to make deeper connections, or make an impact in the world around them. I'm also deeply passionate about traveling and have sought adventure across the world! Creative projects have taken me to shoot stories across the globe. I've shot interviews with women in remote villages of Nepal and hospital rooms in Kenya. I've photographed a wedding in France, and successfully shot more than 100 elopements and weddings throughout California and Washington. What stays consistent about my work is people, connections, and an eye for those moments that tend to slip through our fingers.

My work as a photographer is rooted in my love for people;
I believe that life is about relationships and experiencing connection to each other and the world around us. But as time goes on and memories fade, we find ourselves looking for ways to relive and preserve our stories. Photography is a powerful magic that compliments life; it tangibly preserves memories, gives us a voice to share our stories with the world, and allows us to learn more about each other.
My favorite projects are with with couples who are down-to-earth and creative (LGBTQ+ welcome!), women-owned and local businesses, independent creatives, and nonprofits who want their story captured with care. I have a knack for crafting content that feels authentic, connective, and polished, yet not overly produced.

Yes! I love to travel for shoots and have extensive experience with domestic and international travel.
What kinds of weddings do you shoot?
My favorite weddings to shoot are the ones that are customized to the couple. I think micro weddings, elopements, and alternative ways of getting married are beautiful. I have experience shooting all kinds of weddings and elopements though, and you can count on me to bring thorough prep, planning, and preparedness to whatever your situation is.
How would you describe your style?
Natural yet cinematic with true-to color editing. Lightly posed and directed while always encouraging you to be yourself. I use a documentary-style approach with the camera that helps to amplify your real moments without interrupting or overly-manufacturing them.

Absolutely not. I hand cull and edit all your content. I want complete control over which images I choose and how they are fine-tuned for your final gallery.
